I am also finishing a small public-evidence pilot on AI infrastructure. It codes twelve announced compute projects in Korea, the Gulf, and the United States against public documents and asks one question: which announced investment becomes compute that an outside user can actually access? The draft stays unpublished until I recheck the primary sources.
