About · Inha Seo

I work where capital, technology, and execution meet.

I am an investor-relations and corporate-development operator who learned to make technical businesses legible to investors, executives, partners, and the people who have to deliver the plan.

From a KOSDAQ IPO to AI infrastructure research.

I started in software and social science, moved through technical education and mobility partnerships, then into venture diligence and company-side capital markets.

At AUTOCRYPT, I was the investor relations manager, one of a two-person IR team reporting to the CSO: I coordinated the company-side KOSDAQ IPO process, joined 100+ investor meetings across it and the Series B bridge round before it, and worked on post-IPO investor relations and acquisition-target screening. At GCCEI, I screened and sourced 12+ technology startups for corporate partners such as KT, LG Display, and Innocean (Hyundai Motor Group) and prepared LP materials and fund regulations for an early-stage fund with Antler.

Now I use the same evidence discipline in public research: what was announced, what became binding, what was delivered, and who can use it.

Make the claim precise. Make the next decision easier.

The work usually sits between teams. I bring structure to the evidence, translate technical detail without flattening it, and keep the relationship moving toward a decision.
